A leading health and safety consultancy in Dubai is seeking an experienced Director to oversee implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices. The ideal candidate will have over 18 years of HSE leadership experience, particularly in drilling and rig operations, and a strong knowledge of ADNOC regulations. This role involves ensuring compliance, leading incident investigations, and developing safe systems of work across all operational sites.

Qualifications

• 18+ years in HSE leadership, with experience in drilling and rig operations.

• Proven experience in incident investigation and root cause analysis.
