Currently, we are hiring for the following role:

HSE Coordinator

Location: Abu Dhabi Site

Industry: Experience with villas, hospitality, residential

Middle East Experience is required

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Monitor and report on daily contractor activities to ensure SH&E standards are met
• Conduct regular safety inspections and document findings through site reporting tools
• Support in identifying risks, unsafe conditions, and help implement corrective actions
• Assist with incident investigations and maintain accurate HSE records
• Ensure compliance with local legislation, company policies, and project safety plans
• Promote awareness of health, safety, and environmental practices among site staff
• Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors to support safe execution of works

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent safety certification (required)
• 5+ years of hands-on HSE coordination experience in the construction or infrastructure industry
• Solid understanding of UAE HSE regulations and construction site safety practices
• Strong documentation and reporting skills with attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a proactive, collaborative approach
• Analytical mindset with a practical, problem-solving attitude

Bonus If You Have:

• Experience working with consultants or contractors on large-scale construction projects
• HSE software/reporting tool proficiency
• Additional safety or environmental certifications
