Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified and safety-driven HSE Coordinator to lead health, safety, and environmental initiatives in a dynamic hospitality environment in Dubai. This permanent, full-time role focuses on compliance, training, inspections, and performance reporting, contributing to a proactive safety culture across all departments including culinary and facility operations.

Core Duties
* Deliver engaging HSE and food safety training sessions to employees and contractors
* Conduct internal safety audits and inspections across facilities, equipment, and food service operations
* Ensure compliance with health and safety policies, hospitality-specific standards, and local regulations
* Analyze safety data, identify trends, and prepare monthly performance dashboards for senior management
* Support hazard identification, risk mitigation, and the implementation of corrective action plans
* Maintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, training sessions, and HSE documentation
* Facilitate communication between departments to align on safety expectations and initiatives
* Champion continuous improvement and a culture of accountability in all areas of HSE
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related discipline
* At least 1 year of experience in HSE roles within hospitality or service-based environments
* Certified HSE practitioner with auditor training and understanding of audit methodology
* Familiarity with HACCP and food hygiene standards is highly preferred
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for compliance and documentation
* Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and HSE software tools for reporting and analytics
* Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels
