Job summary

Weatherford is seeking an HSE Advisor to support the HSE Team in developing and maintaining Health, Safety and Environmental policies, systems, and procedures across the company. The role ensures compliance with laws and promotes a proactive safety culture.

You will lead incident investigations, deliver HSE training, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety and environmental performance company-wide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant industry or regulatory experience.
• Experience conducting HSE audits and inspections.
• Proven track record in implementing and maintaining HSE management systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, local and international regulations and standards.
• Promote a strong safety culture across the organization.
• Deliver HSE training and guidance on emergency response, PPE, and hazardous materials.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and preventive actions.
• Monitor, analyze, and report HSE performance metrics and trends.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE management systems and procedures.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with operations to integrate HSE into daily activities.
• Prepare reports and updates for all organizational levels.
• Demonstrate leadership and engage workforce to reinforce safety behaviors.
• Manage assigned HSE budgets in line with policies.
• Pursue continuous professional development and maintain certifications.
