The key objective for this role:

  • This role will be responsible for leading the change process and deliverables for a specific project. The change management engineer will play a key role in ensuring user adoption, focusing on the people side of change, including changes to business, processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structure.

Expected:

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • The HSE Advisor will be responsible for the provision of timely advice and guidance on all matters pertaining to Health, Safety and the Environment with respect to Legislation, Company Polices and Client requirements.
  • Support a team of Advisors to assist in the delivery of Wood EPCM projects.
  • Provide visibility and interface of the HSE function. Work in collaboration with other members of the team and the wider business to facilitate high performance delivery through successful implementation of processes and systems, in a sustainable manner.
  • Contribute to the development of the HSE Assurance Plan to deliver high risk audits across the area or Division of responsibility; provide advice and recommendations of improvement.
  • Advise and assist site management in the preparation of Safety & Environmental Plans, Risk Assessments and method statements for various projects in line with client SLA s / KPI s.
  • Work with on site management in the development, delivery, implementation and maintenance of Business Unit
