Job Description:

HSE Admin Assistant

Abu Dhabi, UAE

Parsons is looking for a talentedHSE Admin Assistant to join our team! In this role you will get toprovide administrative support with the Abu Dhabi Sector Deputy HSE Director, EMEA HSE Director and KSA HSE Director on their day-to-day implementation of Corporate HSE Management standards and ethics.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assist with preparing, transcribing, transferring, organizing, gathering, and distributing information, as well as maintaining both written and digital communications and records.

  • Support the creation and submission of written inspection reports.

  • Maintain the HSE Tracking Log, including but not limited to:

    • List of employees and their current project assignments

    • HSE goals and completion status

    • Monthly HSE reports

    • ADOSH (Abu Dhabi Occupational Safety and Health) Quarterly Performance Reports

    • HSE write-ups for all tenders, RFPs, and LOEs

    • HSE online training records

    • New hire employee records and HSE orientations

    • Office HSE Committee and meeting logs

    • Recordkeeping of active and inactive job requisitions across all projects

  • Create and maintain HSE folders, which are typically used to prepare ESHARP (Environmental, Safety, Health, and Risk Program) validation audit records, reports, and HSE goals.

  • Support the Deputy HSE Director in monitoring work planning and performance.

  • Ensure accurate documentation of Parsons’ occupational injury and incident reports, including reviewing information to confirm alignment with established standards and implementation guidelines.

  • Assists with new hire orientation.

  • Participate in regulatory and best practice SH&E training, as well as create and maintain its records.

  • Participates in routine safety work briefings to make minutes of meetings.

  • Perform other duties relevant to this position, as required.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degreein any related discipline from a recognized University

  • At least 6 years of related work experience in the field of Admin Assistant with knowledge of HSE regulations.

  • Proficient in MS Office, SharePoint and other relevant computer applications.

  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • Working knowledge of ADOSH System Framework and other SH&E regulations and reporting procedures.

  • Preferably with experience in the UAE and with a driving license is an advantage.
