Job summary

Cercli Tech Limited is seeking a skilled Implementation Consultant / Solution Architect to join our Customer Success team in the UAE. You will guide customers from discovery to go-live, translating business needs into Cercli platform configurations for payroll and HRIS workflows across UAE and Saudi Arabia.

The role requires strong client-facing communication, API integrations experience, and the ability to manage multiple implementations in a fast-paced environment within a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Implementation Consultant.
• Strong understanding of HRIS, payroll, benefits administration, and core HR.
• Experience with system integrations, APIs, and data migration strategies.
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery with customers to understand payroll, HR, approvals, and data handling today.
• Translate discovery into a concrete implementation plan including configuration decisions and data requirements.
• Lead customers through implementation of Cercli’s payroll and HRIS platform for UAE and Saudi Arabia.
• Configure workflows, policies, and reporting based on customer requirements.
• Handle integration and data migration requirements, including APIs and external systems.
• Serve as the main implementation contact and keep stakeholders aligned on deadlines.
• Train customer teams and support go-live and early adoption with practical guidance.
• Collaborate with account executives, support, and product to improve repeatable outcomes.
• Help build the implementation playbook documenting patterns and lessons learned.
