Job Title: HR Data Coordinator
Job Description
- Maintain and update accurate employee data in the Navision system.
- Generate and summarize HR reports, dashboards, and budget reports (staff count, positions, gender, manpower gaps).
- Coordinate with HR and GRD teams for employee allocations, insurance, and visa tracking.
- Update staff movements, activation dates, insurance details, and cost parameters.
- Monitor attendance (UAE & Overseas), consolidate sick leaves, lag hours, and late-ins.
- Prepare manual attendance for cash salary processing.
- Ensure WPS compliance and coordinate payroll for employees without bank details.
- Manage biometric access and monitor shop rebranding for manpower planning.
- Create job titles, update personal data, and upload staff documents/photos.
- Coordinate with various teams for POS cards, staff discount cards, and fidelity insurance.
- Respond to employee data verification requests (e.g., salary/experience certificates).
- Provide administrative support and perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Excellent command of English (verbal and written).
- Strong reporting and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and improve operating practices for efficiency.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Navision is required.
