Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HRBP to support our growing operations across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, is deeply knowledgeable about local labor laws, and brings passion and initiative to drive HR strategy and business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders across the MEA region, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Provide guidance on regional labor laws and compliance matters, ensuring policies and practices are aligned with local regulations.
  • Lead and support talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and career development initiatives.
  • Partner with managers to handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in a fair and compliant manner.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Drive culture-building initiatives that reflect company values and resonate across diverse teams.
  • Support organizational development efforts in the region.
  • Collaborate with MEARI region and global HR teams to localize and implement global programs and strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is a plus.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a HRBP or equivalent role within the MEA market.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and employment practices across key MEA countries.
  • Proven ability to work independently and take initiative in a cross-cultural, multi-country environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of emotional intelligence.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
  • Fluent in English. Arabic or Chinese is a plus.
