The Luxury Collection at Al Maha Desert Resort & Spa is seeking a Training Coordinator with strong administrative and government-relations capabilities. You will handle visa processing, licenses, and regulatory compliance while supporting Learning & Development efforts for the property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2 years’ HR or related experience preferred.
• Experience with government services and regulatory processes in the UAE is advantageous.
• Hospitality/hotel background is desirable but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Process company trade licenses renewal and visa-related tasks.
• Manage visa processing in GDRFA and related offices.
• Administer Learning and Development support for the property.
• Ensure compliance with Marriott standards and local regulations.
