Role Summary:
The HR Technology & Analytics Specialist role is responsible for managing and enhancing HR technology & BI systems, analyzing HR processes for optimization, facilitating in the resolution of technical issues, and overseeing HR technology projects.
This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a deep understanding of HR Data and processes to ensure that technology solutions align with organizational goals and enhance the efficiency of the HR department.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement HR technology solutions to improve efficiency and support HR strategies.
- Stay current with HR technology trends and innovations to ensure the organization leverages the best tools available. Support in the development of the HR technology roadmap and priorities.
- Perform system monitoring, health check, testing to ensure technology are optimal operation or for the requirements in implementation.
- Analyze existing HR processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and automation.
- Develop and document detailed requirements and process maps in collaboration with HR teams.
- Collaborate with IT and HR stakeholders in implementing automated solutions to streamline HR operations, reducing manual work and increasing productivity
- Ensure that new processes and systems comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Central support of the HR team in the collation, coordination and troubleshooting of issues related to HR systems. Coordinate with IT and external vendors to resolve technical problems.
- Ensure data integrity and security within HR systems by conducting regular audits and maintenance.
- Lead and manage HR technology projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to HR leadership and other relevant parties.
- Conduct audits and reviews to ensure the completeness and accuracy of HR data within HR systems.
- Assist in the review and validation of data for HR dashboards and reporting tools, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the dashboards.
- Provide support to the HR Department in analytical tasks, including worksheet calculations and the development of various analytical tools and reports.
- Serve as the primary interface between HR and IT/Technology partners.
- Collaborate closely with the HR team to gather, validate, and analyze information, translating it into precise IT requirements to be communicated effectively to IT/Technology partners.
- Collaborate with External vendors, Consultants, IT and HR stakeholders in the preparation of test cases, performance of UAT, performance of sanity tests post go-live.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 5 years’ experience in a HR Technology or HR Data Analytics role.
- Proven experience with HRIS, ATS, LMS, and other HR technology systems.
- Experience in project management and implementation of HR technology projects.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Data analytics exposure.
- Knowledge of HR practices and compliance requirements.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, HR processes and recommend improvements.
- Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with HR and IT teams, as well as external vendors.
