- Provide expert advice on recruitment strategies, market trends, and compensation benchmarks.
Candidate Engagement
- Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct thorough screening and competency-based interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Guide candidates through offer negotiations and onboarding.
Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct market intelligence and talent mapping to identify prospective candidates in competitive industries.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Recruitment Metrics and Reporting
- Track and report recruitment KPIs, including time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process to meet hiring objectives efficiently.
Requirements
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, headhunting, or executive search.
- Strong background in sourcing passive candidates and filling niche or senior-level roles.
- Skills:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and job boards.
