About the role:

We're seeking a hands-on, systems-minded HR Tech & Process Specialist to enhance operational excellence within our People team. This role involves leading the design, automation, and continuous improvement of HR workflows to ensure scalability, compliance, and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and optimize HR processes, automating workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
  2. Manage the full project lifecycle, including defining scope, scheduling, setting quality standards, and assessing risks for HR-tech initiatives.
  3. Gather and document requirements through workshops, stakeholder interviews, and customer-journey mapping to produce clear business, functional, and non-functional specifications.
  4. Create process maps, user stories, data models, test plans, and migration/run-book documentation.
  5. Configure HR systems manually, setting up roles, access controls, integrations, and automations using no-/low-code or native platform tools.
  6. Ensure compliance with regulatory, information security, and employment law requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  7. Maintain up-to-date documentation and transfer knowledge to support and operations teams.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
  • Proven experience in designing or re-engineering processes/products, including customer development, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience in writing clear Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs) for engineering teams.
  • Hands-on experience in building or improving HR processes and workflows.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise IT and system integration principles.
  • Experience working with sensitive or regulated data.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to automate workflows using no-/low-code platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Make, Zapier).

Nice-to-haves: Agile/Scrum experience, HRIS/HCM configuration (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM), data analytics skills (SQL, dashboards), and formal project management or BPM certifications.
