Job Title : HR Support – Recruitment (Temporary)

Reports To : HR Assistant / Head of HR

Employment Type : Temporary / 1-3 months

Visa Status : Candidate must be under Husband’s Sponsorship

Job Summary :

We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Support staff for Recruitment on a temporary basis to assist our HR department with sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. The ideal candidate should be on a husband’s visa and have prior experience or strong interest in HR and talent acquisition processes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in posting job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain interview schedules.
  • Communicate with candidates via email and phone to share updates and collect documents.
  • Support onboarding documentation including ID collections, contracts, and orientation preparation.
  • Maintain the recruitment database and track applicant statuses.
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies and external partners if needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Must be under husband’s sponsorship and eligible to work part-time in the UAE.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR or recruitment support is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Well-organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Duration : [1- 3 months, extendable based on performance.
  • Working Hours : 08 : 00 am to 06 : 00 pm, 5 days a week.
  • Compensation : 4500-5000 AED.
