Job Responsibilities :

  • Be responsible for the human resources planning of the business sector (Sales, Functions)
  • Be responsible for the human resources base work of the business sector (Sales and Functions)
  • Assist in the implementation of human resources policies, systems and key projects in the business sector
  • Be responsible for the organization optimization, organize the review and revision work of the organization, R&R and job description
  • Be responsible for regular talent inventory, lead to carry out vacancy position management, key positions succession plans, management promotion/transfer and other staff development related work
  • Assist in the HR related work such as recruiting, training, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance, etc.

Job Requirements :

  • Degree (Bachelor level) in Economics and management or related
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English communication
