The jobholder will proactively lead and assess people related needs, and through collaborative partnerships across the organization deliver value-added service to management and employees to retain and grow talent aligned to the business objectives of EKFC.
Key Accountabilities
- The jobholder will proactively lead and assess UAEN related needs, and through collaborative partnerships across the organization deliver value-added service to management and employees to retain and grow talent aligned to the business objectives of EKFC.
- The incumbent will play an influential role in driving integrated people solutions by acting as a key HR contact and will serve as a consultant and adviser to management on all issues related to UAEN.
- Drive implementation and execution of core HR programs and projects for assigned business organizations. Build strong working relationships with business based on credibility, partnership and open communication.
- Provide ongoing HR advisory services to management and employees across the business in issues related to UAEN policies, practices, and provide guidance on HR matters such as resource planning, performance & development, career development and employee retention. Provoking positive changes in the management of people and performance improvement.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the annual UAEN Plan in partnership with the business and HR functions, ensuring cross collaboration and support is provided in achieving the plan. Participate and contribute in identifying and building organisational capabilities, behaviours, structures and processes.
- Drive the design and implementation of initiatives that support the development of a culture in which UAEN Employees take responsibility for performance, growth and continuous improvement. Implement solutions that are tailored to address business needs and implement measures to review the success of change initiatives to validate the business impact.
- Implement and promote ongoing feedback mechanisms for nationals' employees to influence the continuous improvement of the employee experience. Work with the line to create a culture where employees are highly engaged. Develop and implement relevant people metrics to support actions and measure effectiveness.
- Develop and monitor services performance in partnership with the business unit and HR functions to ensure that services are aligned with business unit goals, expectations are managed, and cross collaboration is achieved within HR.
- Actively support the effective delivery of a higher performing HR service, through the further development of the HR Business Partners, ensuring that the high standards within the team are developed and maintained.
- Collaborate with business managers in providing Nationals employees with development opportunities that align with current and future business requirements. Collaborate with colleagues in HR departments to deliver tailored solutions for the customer, act as liaison between Centres of Excellence (COE) and the business and be the Primary point of contact for COEs regarding program implementation and execution.
Education Qualification:
a) Bachelor’s degree in business administration or HR, CIPD (must have)
Work Experience:
- Years of Experience: Minimum of 6 years
- Area of Experience: experience as an HR Generalist
