【Position Overview】

We are seeking an experienced HR professional with local expertise to join our Dubai team. The role focuses on providing comprehensive HR support, ensuring compliance with Middle Eastern labor regulations, and delivering efficient HR services for business.

【Job Responsibilities】

  • Employee Support & Coordination
  • Provide day-to-day HR support for business lines, addressing employee inquiries and needs.
  • Assist in employee relations management to foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Policy & Process Implementation
  • Ensure all HR operations comply with Dubai and Middle Eastern labor laws.
  • Execute SSC (Shared Service Center) tasks or coordinate regional HR initiatives as required.
  • Daily Operations Management
  • Handle administrative HR tasks with a high level of diligence and planning.
  • Assist in maintaining HR systems, including Arabic-language system operations.

【Job Requirements】

  • Language Requirements
  • Fluent in Arabic and Chinese (required) - Must be proficient in local Arabic HR systems and documentation. And to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in English (preferred) - For international collaboration and documentation.
  • Experience Requirements
  • 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in SSC or regional HR coordination.
  • In-depth knowledge of Dubai and Middle Eastern labor laws and HR practices.
