Job description

Candidates should be currently based in Egypt.

Total Experience : 5+ years

Language Proficiency : Arabic / English

Key Responsibilities :

Payroll Management :

Administer and oversee end-to-end payroll processing for 500+ employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Partner with finance and accounting teams to reconcile payroll, manage year-end reporting (W-2s, 1099s), and support audits.

Implement payroll system upgrades and integrations (ADP, Workday, Paychex, or similar platforms) to improve efficiency and reporting capabilities.

Maintain payroll records, track garnishments, benefits deductions, and ensure proper tax withholdings.

Employee Relations :

Serve as a trusted advisor to management and staff on complex employee relations issues including conflict resolution, performance management, disciplinary actions, and terminations.

Conduct investigations and recommend actions that align with company policy and labor law.

Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and reduce turnover.

Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures, fostering a fair and respectful workplace.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition :

Manage full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of roles including executive, technical, and high-volume positions.

Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, screening criteria, and interview strategies.

Utilize sourcing strategies including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals to attract top talent.

Lead onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration and retention of new hires.
