- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with local labor laws, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Develop and administer performance management systems that encourage employee growth and align with business objectives.
- Facilitate training and development programs tailored to enhance employee skills and meet organizational needs.
- Monitor and analyze workforce metrics to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions for HR challenges.
- Ensure compliance with all labor regulations and company policies, providing guidance to management on HR best practices.
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives by promoting equitable hiring practices and fostering an inclusive workplace.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related issues, providing insights and recommendations to drive organizational effectiveness.
- Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required for foundational knowledge.
- Minimum of 5-6 years of progressive HR experience, ideally within a similar industry, to ensure relevant expertise.
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment to adapt quickly and effectively to changing organizational needs.
- Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems is essential for managing employee data and recruitment processes.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret HR metrics and drive data-informed decision-making within the organization.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion and integrity.
