Job Description

Key Responsibilities :


Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment details, and leave balances.
Manage the leave request and approval process, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Coordinate the annual performance evaluation process, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-up.
Develop and implement internal training initiatives to enhance employee skills and development.
Monitor employee attendance across different regions, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or compliance issues.
Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in HR operations and administration.
Proven ability to maintain accurate and confidential employee data.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Drive.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience working in a multi-cultural environment is preferred.
