We are looking for a teammate for the " HR Specialist” position at IPEKYOL GROUP in Dubai.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative processes
  • Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
  • Support recruitment processes, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Assist with payroll, timekeeping, and leave tracking
  • Support the implementation of HR initiatives, programs, and engagement activities
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations
  • Prepare reports and maintain HR documentation as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar HR role
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor legislation, and best practices
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • A proactive, solution-oriented, and team-focused mindset
