Job summary

A leading HR services provider in Abu Dhabi is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to ensure smooth HR service delivery and compliance. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of HR experience and relevant certifications. Responsibilities include managing employee records, payroll processing, and handling employee relations. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience in a similar industry.
  • Certification from a recognized HR body (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, CHRM) preferred.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Philippine or Indian nationality preferred.
  • Can join immediately.

HR operations are the day-to-day activities that ensure smooth HR service delivery and compliance. Key elements: HR Administration – Employee records, contracts, HRIS (HR systems).

Payroll & Benefits Administration – Accurate and timely salary processing, benefits, and allowances.

Employee Relations – Handling grievances, workplace issues, and ensuring a healthy work environment. Compliance & Policies – Adhering to labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Onboarding & Offboarding – Seamless employee entry and exit processes. Health, Safety & Well-being – Ensuring safe and supportive workplace conditions. HR Service Delivery – Providing employees with efficient HR support (leave management, queries, etc.).

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required for foundational knowledge.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience, ideally within a similar industry, to ensure relevant expertise.
  • Certification from a recognized HR body (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, CHRM) is preferred, demonstrating commitment to professional development.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment to adapt quickly and effectively to changing organizational needs.
