Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.

- Conduct screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including job offers and onboarding.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Build strong relationships with potential candidates to create a talent pipeline.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.
