HR Recruiter(Healthcare)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Recruiter with a strong background in healthcare recruitment for the GCC region. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding healthcare professionals including doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative staff for hospitals and clinics in GCC countries (UAE, Oman, Qatar, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for healthcare positions in GCC countries.
Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and agencies.
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability for specific roles.
Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand manpower requirements.
Manage interview schedules, feedback, and selection processes.
Assist in document collection and coordination for visa processing and overseas deployment.
Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in the ATS or recruitment tracker.
Stay up to date with licensing requirements and healthcare regulations in GCC countries.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for recurring roles.

Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–3 years of proven experience in healthcare recruitment for GCC countries.
Strong understanding of job roles, licensing procedures, and visa processes in the GCC healthcare sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., NaukriGulf, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Knowledge of MOH/DHA/HAAD licensing procedures is a plus.

Preferred Skills:
Prior experience working with GCC clients or healthcare groups.
Fluency in English; knowledge
Strong networking skills and relationship management with candidates and partners.
