Job Description:

• Source, screen, and attract top talent through various channels.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Provide HR support on policies, benefits, and employee relations.
• Maintain employee records, ensure compliance, and support performance management.

Qualifications:

• At least 6 years of proven experience in similar role, preferably within IT industry
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, HRIS systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are a plus.
