Job Description

This role involves sourcing, attracting, and interviewing candidates to fill HR and recruitment positions, ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with employment laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
  2. Conduct virtual and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit.
  3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  4. Develop and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.
  5. Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and conducting phone/video interviews.
  6. Create clear and concise job postings.
  7. Perform background and reference checks.
  8. Provide timely feedback to candidates.
  9. Track recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness.
  10. Stay updated on employment laws and HR trends.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, in-house or agency.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Ability to conduct various interview types.
  • Experience with selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks.
