Position Title: HR Recruiter & Generalist

About the Client: A global IT solutions provider in Abu Dhabi, offering IT consultancy and cloud computing services.

Job Description:

1. Source, screen, and attract top talent through various channels.
2. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
3. Provide HR support on policies, benefits, and employee relations.
4. Maintain employee records, ensure compliance, and support performance management.

Qualifications:

1. Open to Filipino & Indian nationalities.
2. Female, 35 years old and below.
3. At least 6 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the IT industry.
4. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, HRIS systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are a plus.
