Job description

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Recruiter & Admin to join our team. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, supporting HR operations, and handling general administrative duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical and non-technical roles, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and post job descriptions on various platforms (job portals, social media, company website).
  • Build a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future project needs.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies and external partners.

HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases (attendance, leaves, contracts, visas, etc.).
  • Assist with new employee onboarding and orientation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.

Administration

  • Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations.
  • Draft and prepare official correspondences, letters, and reports.
  • Manage document control and filing systems, both electronic and hard copies.
  • Support the coordination of meetings, training sessions, and related logistical arrangements.
  • Handle confidential matters with discretion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR and administration, preferably in a contracting or construction.
  • Familiarity with UAE labor laws and visa processing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems.
