Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Source and engage candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking events, etc.).
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure a strong fit with company culture and job requirements.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and team dynamics.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 2-8 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in real estate or property management.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and job boards.
- Knowledge of UAE HR Regulations.
