Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
  2. Source and engage candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking events, etc.).
  3. Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure a strong fit with company culture and job requirements.
  4. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and team dynamics.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Experience: 2-8 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in real estate or property management.
  3. Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools and job boards.
  • Knowledge of UAE HR Regulations.
