Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various job roles across departments.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate assessments, and offer negotiations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases, reports, and analytics.
- Stay updated with market trends and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and hiring regulations is a plus.
- Candidates currently in Dubai or willing to relocate are preferred.
