Job Description
This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, supporting HR operations, and handling general administrative duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the company.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in HR and administration, preferably in a contracting or construction industry. Familiarity with UAE labor laws and visa processing. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems.
