We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process and ensure we attract, select, and retain top talent. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through various channels: job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, recruitment agencies, and networking.
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial phone/video interviews to shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Manage candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment reports.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and internal HR policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in career fairs, recruitment events, and other talent acquisition activities.
  • Collaborate with HR team on other initiatives such as onboarding, retention, and employee engagement.
