Job description

We are looking for a motivated HR recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential candidates to evaluating and interviewing them. The recruiter will work closely with functional heads to understand hiring needs and ensure a smooth and effective hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.
  2. Source candidates through various channels (e.g., job portals, databases, social media).
  3. Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.
  4. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  5. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  6. Maintain a database of potential candidates for future openings.
  7. Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires.
  8. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal recruitment policies.

Qualifications:

  1. Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Proven work experience of 3-4 years as a Recruiter (in-house or staffing agency).
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  5. Strong decision-making and negotiation skills.
  6. Knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
  7. Excellent skills in MS Office applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  8. Working knowledge in any HRIS tools will be an advantage.
  9. Experience recruiting for the manufacturing industry is a plus.
