The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while ensuring seamless coordination with clients to meet their hiring needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels including job portals, social media, and networking to attract top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, recruitment best practices, and company policies.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to streamline the recruitment process.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry hiring trends.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to fulfill current and future hiring demands.
  • Negotiate salary offers and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an agency or consulting environment.
