  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and recruitment best practices.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Dutch, German, or any Nordic language along with English.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably in a remote capacity.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with different recruitment technologies and platforms is advantageous.
