Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven HR Project Manager to lead and deliver key human resources initiatives that support business goals and enhance the employee experience. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR projects including HR system implementations, process improvements, organizational change, and talent programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute and manage HR projects from initiation to completion ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, Finance, and business units to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Lead HR transformation initiatives such as system upgrades, process automation, and policy changes.

  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout project lifecycles.

  • Prepare project documentation including business cases, project charters, timelines, and status reports.

  • Track project budgets and resources and provide updates to leadership as needed.

  • Implement change management strategies and training plans to support adoption of new processes and tools.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master's or PMP certification preferred).

  • 5 years of experience in HR project management or HR operations with demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of HR functions including talent management, compensation, employee engagement, and HRIS.

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Jira).

  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
