Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR - PRO Assistant to support our HR and Public Relations Officer (PRO) functions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in handling employment visa processes, liaising with MOHRE and CISPA, managing insurance coordination, processing visa renewals, and ensuring full compliance with UAE labor laws. Arabic speaking is a must for effective communication with government departments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the application, processing, and renewal of employment visas and Emirates IDs.
2. Liaise with MOHRE (Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation) for labor approvals, employee contracts, and document management.
3. Ensure compliance with CISPA regulations, maintaining accurate employee records and required reports.
4. Coordinate with insurance providers for employee health insurance enrollment, renewals, and claims.
5. Monitor visa expiry dates and ensure timely renewals and cancellations where necessary.
6. Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes in line with UAE legal requirements.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest changes in UAE labor laws, visa regulations, and government procedures.
8. Provide administrative support during audits or inspections by government entities.
9. Maintain organized records (digital and physical) for all HR and PRO-related documentation.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a similar HR/PRO support or administrative role within the UAE.
2. Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, visa processing, MOHRE systems, and government portals.
3. Familiarity with CISPA compliance and health insurance coordination.
4. Arabic speaking is added advantage.
5. Proficient in MS Office/MS Excel and relevant HR/PRO platforms.
6. Must be currently based in the UAE with minimum 2-year experience.
