A leading company in Dubai is seeking an HR Payroll Specialist with extensive experience in payroll processing and SAP SuccessFactors implementation. This role requires expertise in payroll compliance, advanced Excel usage, and the ability to streamline payroll operations while supporting employees through inquiries and issues.
HR Payroll Specialist should have a strong background in payroll processing and in-depth knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements along with Advanced excel. This role involves the comprehensive handling of payroll-related tasks, including but not limited to, data entry, calculation, and distribution of wages. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of payroll experience, with hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including system implementation and optimization. A key focus of this position is the implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors, leveraging the system's capabilities to streamline payroll operations and enhance data integrity.
