HR Operations Specialist

Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to join our HR Shared Services Center (SSC) in Dubai. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth execution of daily HR operations and delivering a seamless employee experience across the organization. The ideal candidate is proactive, efficient, and thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

HR Administration

  • Support day-to-day HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
  • Assist in payroll processing and employee benefits administration.

Visa & Immigration

  • Handle work visa applications, renewals, and cancellations for expatriate employees.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE immigration laws and company policies.

Employee Support

  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
  • Address issues related to payroll, reimbursements, and IT onboarding.
  • Provide timely support to employees and help resolve concerns.

Service Provider Coordination

  • Liaise with external vendors to ensure high-quality HR service delivery.
  • Track vendor performance and manage service-level agreements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR support or operations role in the UAE.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Fluency in English is required; Chinese is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
