Job summary
New Century Education in Abu Dhabi is seeking an HR professional to support growing school operations across Al Ain and Abu Dhabi campuses. You will help manage HR processes, coordinate recruitment, onboarding and compliance, and collaborate with our HR team to streamline operations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or a related field.
- Experience working in a school environment.
- Knowledge of ADEK PASS is advantageous.

New Century Education is a brand-new school group established in 2021 and based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. We are a non traditional and progressive school operator with more than 5000 students studying the US California state curriculum across 6 campuses in Al Ain and Baniyas, Abu Dhabi.
- Support the existing HR team as the school operations continue to grow in the region
- Manage HR operations tasks to support expanding school operations
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in HR or a related field
- Experience working in a school environment
- Knowledge of ADEK PASS is advantageous
- CIPD or similar qualification
