HR Operations Manager

Guildhall is currently assisting a leading construction company in Dubai in their search for an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee HR functions for a major RTA Dubai Metro infrastructure project. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in one of the UAE’s most significant transportation projects.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage HR operations for the Dubai Metro infrastructure project.
2. Develop and implement HR strategies, workforce planning, and recruitment for a large construction workforce.
3. Oversee employee relations, training, compliance, and performance management.
4. Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws, safety standards, and company policies.
5. Handle payroll, compensation, and benefits administration for 1,000+ employees.
6. Provide HR advisory support to senior management and project leadership.
7. Manage HR reporting, forecasting, and strategic workforce initiatives.

Minimum Requirements:

1. At least 5-8 years of HR experience (with at least 2-5 years in a managerial role).
2. Proven experience in construction, infrastructure, or metro/railway projects.
3. Strong background in workforce planning, compliance, and HR strategy.
4. Managed HR operations for 1,000+ employees in a project-based environment.
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
6. Arabic speaker is a plus!
