Job Description

We are seeking a HR Operations Manager in Dubai with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in HR Operations and administrative processes. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional seeking a dynamic role within a growing and ambitious company.

This fast-paced role involves managing the HR functions, policies, procedures, employee data, compliance, and C&B.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full cycle of onboarding new starters and offboarding
  • Manage the HR department and operations, including compensation, benefits, and HR policies
  • Maintain and protect employee records and personal data in compliance with data privacy regulations
  • Ensure HR practices align with labor laws, workplace safety regulations, and other legal requirements
  • Develop, implement, and manage policies for the region
  • Oversee workforce planning and resource allocation to meet operational requirements
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the business strategy
  • Use data to track HR metrics such as turnover rates, employee engagement, and performance

The ideal candidate profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • Adaptability to respond quickly to changing circumstances and adjust initiatives accordingly
  • Strong organizational skills and flexibility to manage multiple priorities
  • At least 8 years of experience in HR Operations
  • Familiarity with business and financial aspects
