We are seeking a HR Operations Executive to manage and implement all HR operations for our company in the Middle East. The role involves overseeing HR administration, including payroll, visas, and employee data management. This position is responsible for ensuring all HR activities align with the department\'s objectives and comply with legal and governmental regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage monthly payroll, leave salaries, and final settlements.
  • Handle the issuance and renewal of employee visas and manage Tawteen percentage compliance.
  • Support the implementation of the HR operations plan and HR systems, including the Akrivia ERP.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and records.
  • Assist in managing administrative activities and ensuring legal compliance.
  • Support the yearly renewal of the company\'s medical insurance.
Requirements
  • A bachelor\'s degree, preferably in HR.
  • A minimum of five years of comprehensive experience in HR Operations.
  • Strong competencies in communication, teamwork, and accountability.
