Job summary

A leading UAE company seeks an HR & Admin Manager to oversee human resources and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of HR experience, including 3 years in a managerial role. Responsibilities include developing HR strategies, managing recruitment, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Strong communication skills and proficiency in HRIS systems are required. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

Overview

Job Title: HR & Admin Manager
Location: UAE
Reports To: General Manager

Job Purpose:
The HR & Admin Manager will oversee human resources and administrative operations ensuring alignment with organizational goals compliance requirements and operational excellence. The role requires proven experience in managing end-to-end HR functions setting up teams in dynamic environments and handling administrative processes across multiple locations.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies policies and procedures.
  • Lead talent acquisition onboarding and performance management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations.
  • Manage compensation benefits and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee HRIS systems reporting and data integrity.
  • Supervise administrative functions including office leases permits procurement and travel/visa processes.
  • Liaise with government bodies vendors and service providers.
  • Provide regional HR/admin support and ensure process consistency.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or related field (Masters/HR certifications preferred).
  • 810 years HR & Admin experience including 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in startup or fast-paced environments.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices compliance and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication problem-solving and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office.
  • English fluency required; Arabic is an advantage.
