Permanent Position: HR Officer

Freelan is a leading company in the field of freelancing and remote work with a strong presence in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic HR Officer to join our team and support our growing operations.

As the HR Officer, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with our company’s goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local laws and regulations.
  2. Manage the recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
  3. Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  4. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  5. Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.
  6. Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers and employees.
  7. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
  8. Identify training and development needs and coordinate training programs.
  9. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  6. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  7. Proven experience in recruitment and onboarding processes.
  8. Experience in performance management and employee relations.
  9. Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
  10. Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
