Job Summary
The HR Officer will oversee HR operations, ensuring compliance with policies and processes while delivering exceptional employee support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with
Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), data analytics, recruitment, training, and general HR administration. Proficiency in
Arabic and English is required, along with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:HR Operations & Compliance
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management.
- Administer HRIS systems with a focus on data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company documentation, including employment contracts, and government requirements (e.g., GOSI, visas, travel documents).
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure alignment with company policies and legal standards.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and support strategic decision-making.
- Generate HR dashboards and reports using advanced Excel and analytics tools.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Handle full-cycle recruitment, from posting vacancies and screening resumes to scheduling and coordinating interviews.
- Deliver a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing HR-related inquiries and providing guidance on policies and benefits.
- Support employee engagement activities and initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Conduct exit interviews and prepare related reports for turnover analysis.
Projects & Initiatives
- Support ongoing HR projects, policy updates, and process improvement efforts.
- Contribute to internal HR communications and documentation.
Qualifications And Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, ideally within a multinational or group company setup.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with HR reporting and data analysis tools is a plus.
Language Skills
- Fluent in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
Soft Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
