Heidelberg Materials Trading is the international trading arm of Heidelberg Materials, handling overseas dry-bulk products exports and imports. We are looking for talented individuals to join our HR Department in our Dubai Office as a;

HR Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the company’s tone of voice and branding are consistently reflected across all internal and external communications.
  • Develop and execute internal communication strategies that inform, engage, and connect employees across the organization.
  • Manage content creation and distribution for internal channels, including announcements, newsletters, and other company-wide communications.
  • Oversee end-to-end event logistics, including venue booking, vendor coordination, budget tracking, and material preparation such as signage, invitations, agendas, and presentations.
  • Ensure all events reflect company values and contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Monitor communication performance by tracking analytics and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of internal campaigns and posts.
  • Maintain accurate training records, including attendance, learning hours, and participant feedback, to support effective tracking and evaluation of development programs.
  • Create and execute campaigns that highlight company culture, core values, and employee success stories to strengthen internal pride and external brand perception.
  • Manage and grow the company’s presence on professional platforms like LinkedIn, ensuring consistent, engaging, and brand-aligned content.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced certifications in corporate communications or employer branding are a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR with a focus on corporate communications, employer branding, event coordination, or a similar role.
  • Proficient in communication and design tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and learning management systems (e.g., Workday) is an advantage.
  • Strong grasp of digital and social media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Solid understanding of internal communication strategies, event planning best practices, employer branding trends, and training coordination processes.
