Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and implement strategic hiring plans aligned with business objectives.
Oversee employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
Coordinate training programs and lead employee engagement initiatives.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with external recruitment agencies.
Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws and internal HR policies.
Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documentation.
Manage day-to-day HR tasks, including employee support and office-related HR errands.
Collaborate with the accounts team for payroll coordination.
Maintain HR standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure process efficiency.
Organize team-building activities to enhance workplace culture.
Monitor and support employees' career development.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in HR and recruitment within the real estate industry.
Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills: Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication and networking skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred: Familiarity with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and UAE-specific hiring portals.
