Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is seeking an experienced HR Officer in Abu Dhabi. This full-time role involves supporting the HR Manager in recruitment, payroll administration, and performance management reporting. Ideal candidates are female, aged 25-35, with a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or finance sector.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in banking or finance.
• Ability to coordinate recruitment and selection processes effectively.
• Experience in payroll administration and staff benefits management.

• Support HR Manager and coordinate with all the Divisions concerning issues related to Recruitment and selection process to meet challenges and meet company standards.
• Assist in payroll administration, staff benefits, staff claims and end of service entitlements.
• Assist in the follow-up process of employees' PMS including APA, JDs, IOPs, Mid-Term Evaluation.
• Assist in generating and prepare monthly reports. Requirements
