Role Overview

We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive HR Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in executing HR functions including recruitment employee relations performance management and compliance. You will work collaboratively with department managers to foster a positive work environment and ensure our HR practices align with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer HR policies and procedures ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations.
  • Manage the endtoend recruitment process from job postings to onboarding new hires.
  • Facilitate performance management processes assisting in the development and tracking of employee goals.
  • Maintain employee records accurately and confidentially in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Provide guidance to employees on HR policies benefits and any employmentrelated inquiries.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to support employee growth and engagement.
  • Partner with management to address employee relations issues and promote a positive workplace culture.
Requirements
  • Experience: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field; 3 years of experience in an HR role preferably within the technology or financial services sectors.
